Antonio is the Argentine son of Korean immigrants. He studied law at the University of Buenos Aires, comparative law in Germany and attended Georgetown University’s Global Competitiveness Leadership Program. Since graduation Antonio has spent five years working in the public sector. He served two years as Legislative Director and, in 2016, he was appointed Undersecretary of Cooperation at the Ministry of Culture and led on capacity building initiatives before becoming the Executive Secretary of Argentina 2030, the government’s initiative for long-term planning and strategy.

He also contributes op-ed articles on development and integration to one of the major national digital news sites. Antonio’s long-term goal is to improve state capacity by resolving structural problems which impede Argentinian development.
