About

The Humanitas Programme is a series of Visiting Professorships at the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge that brings some of the most influential experts in the world to speak on a broad range of leading issues in the arts, humanities, and social sciences. Each Visiting Professorship lasts for around one week and is made up of lectures, panel discussions, seminars and workshops. Recognizing the unique role that universities can play in addressing important challenges that face our society, Humanitas is an unprecedented opportunity for people to accessibly engage with the complex ideas and issues present in the world today.

Humanitas is managed by the Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Trust.
