Alexandra Henderson
Director & CEO
Having worked closely with the Weidenfeld Scholarships and Humanitas programmes, Alexandra became Director/CEO of the Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Trust after its establishment in 2015. Her career has been in the television industry, both in management and production of news, current affairs and documentaries for the BBC, ITN and independently.
Constantinos Chryssou
Chief Operating Officer
Costas has an international background in the broad areas of innovation management and entrepreneurship within high-technology industry, management consulting, and higher education settings. Most recently, as deputy Vice-Chancellor, Costas has been responsible for leading the formation of a new, private, technological university in Oman and a corporate social responsibility programme upskilling young Omani graduates in 4IR technologies and entrepreneurial skills, resulting in the creation of several start-ups and validated business ideas.
Jane Baldwin
Scholarships and Leadership Programme Manager
Jane has a background in educational charities. She has worked extensively in the field of heritage management including museums, archaeological research projects and preservation trusts both in the UK and internationally.
Eman Hamdan
Business Challenge Lead
Eman has eight years of diverse experience in community-building, strategic partnerships, entrepreneurship, and business innovation background. She has worked in several technology start-ups, led several social impact projects in the Arab world and the UK and has experience obtaining funding for social projects and capital investment. Previously, she co-founded a social enterprise in 2013 in Palestine, where she worked for four years.
Eman is endorsed as Global talent from Tech Nation, a Chevening alumna, and a global Shaper at the World Economic Forum.
Chuchu Chen
Scholarship Administrator
Chuchu holds an BA degree in German from Tongji University and an MSc in Applied Linguistics and Second Language Acquisition from the University of Oxford. She has experience in administrative support, alumni relation management, and event organisation.

Elizabeth Roberts
Advisor to the Scholarships Programme
Elizabeth, a former Australian diplomat, is a write and lecturer on the history of the Western Balkans. In this capacity she has served as an expert witness and written for various publications on the topic as well as writing a history of Montenegro.
Stephen Wright
Academic Fellow
Stephen Wright is Lecturer in Philosophy at Lincoln and Trinity Colleges. His research focuses on issues in Epistemology, Moral Philosophy, and the Philosophy of Religion. In 2018, he published his book Knowledge Transmission, which explores questions of how we come to know things by believing what people tell us. He has published papers on memory and testimony, the problems of persistence, the nature of trust, and the relationship between lying and truth.
