Rubeena is a Social Policy Specialist with over 10 years experience in international development, social policy research and analysis, political writing, and strategic communications. Currently she is working as a Consultant for the UNICEF. ​

Rubeena completed a Master of Public Policy at Oxford as a Louis Dreyfus-Weidenfeld Scholar in 2015. Rubeena is a Social Policy Specialist with extensive experience working in International Development, Social Policy Research and Analysis, Political Writing, and Strategic communications. Her work focuses on generating evidence and insights, and designing policy prescriptions to support governments in South Asia implement inclusive social protection programmes and policies.
