Amina Suveha is a public health and humanitarian professional dedicated to improving health outcomes for conflict-affected and displaced populations. Originally from Syria and currently based in Türkiye where she is a Project Manager for RMTeam International. She has worked across humanitarian and development settings, supporting health, nutrition, WASH, and community-based programmes in some of the region’s most challenging contexts.
Her work focuses on generating evidence to inform policy and practice, with particular interests in migration, health equity, humanitarian action, and the social determinants of health. Throughout her career, Amina has collaborated with international organisations, local partners, and affected communities to strengthen service delivery and improve programme effectiveness. She is passionate about bridging research, policy, and practice to advance more equitable and sustainable health systems in fragile settings.
Before coming to Oxford she was the Health Expert at a Third-Party Monitoring company where she oversaw the medical technical part of monitoring the World Health Organization’s Medical Emergency Supply Chain to Northwest Syria.
