Graduated with honors in Modern Languages from the University of Buenos Aires, César holds an Executive MBA degree from IAE Business School, Austral University.
César holds a Strategy position at Fortescue, a global mining and green energy company. Previously, he was s a Public Sector Consultant for a major management consulting firm and has been a consultant for the Interamerican Development Bank where he helped private sector companies in Latin America reduce gender gaps. He was also a Knowledge Management Supervisor at Mercado Libre Inc, the larger e-commerce and fintech company in Latam, where he lead corporate education and knowledge strategy projects and worked as the Manager of the University Liaison of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires creating and implementing the government’s first policy on talent attraction and international education.
Cesar is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
