Elnur is a Senior Legal Counsel at Capital Legal Services LLC, Baku, Azerbaijan and a Senior Lecturer and Lead Instructor in Legal Professions and Studies at ADA University in Azerbaijan.
Elnur completed his law degree from Oxford in 2008. He has both an MA in Civil Law and a BA in Jurisprudence from Baku State University. Prior to undertaking his Oxford degree, Elnur worked as Legal Advisor at World Frontiers, Co., Ltd., a Baku-based company from 2005 -2007.
Elnur is currently based in Azerbaijan.
