Isaac Jenkins is a US diplomat with experience in defense, consulting, technology, and research. Isaac has held numerous fellowships with think tanks and in academia.
He has worked in research and international development in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Central America. Isaac holds a BA from Pomona College, an MSc from Oxford, and an MA and PhD from the University of Michigan.
