Julian Żelaznowski

Julian is CEO of Agentica, AI automations provider, and FlowStates.ai, an AI-powered cognitive performance platform that helps professionals sustain peak performance (deep work). He worked as a consultant at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London and completed an internship in Nairobi, where, through a grant from the University of Oxford, he supported a local social impact foundation. In Poland, he served as an analyst at the Polish Development Fund (PFR), contributing to key national programs aimed at enhancing economic competitiveness. He later became Head of the Project Management Office at Polish Cloud, where he helped build Poland’s national cloud computing infrastructure. In 2020, Julian was appointed advisor to the Political Cabinet of the Minister of Development. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he participated in coordinating the government’s economic response, implementing public health restrictions, and developing Poland’s National Recovery Plan. Between 2019 and 2024, he served as Chairman of the Board of the Institute of New Europe, a geopolitical think tank. Julian also holds a degree in Global Business from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
