Max is a serial entrepreneur from Russia, the founder of health and well-being start ups and currently the CEO of Bindary focused on the Insurance sector. He studied Applied Math at MEPhI, and Global Public Policy at RANEPA. He is a John Smith Trust fellow and Wider Europe Programme alumnus. He is a founder of Stayfitt.app – a well-being platform which is used to motivate active lifestyle in communities. 500k+ people use Stayfitt in organisations, including Visa, Mars, and business schools. Max is the author of the ‘Leadership through Sport’ programme for the government’s talent pool and was a member of the Public Council of the Ministry of Health, contributing to the National Demography Strategy. However, he was expelled from all public organisations because of his anti-war stance. Max hopes to broaden his knowledge of well-being economics and find ways to make Russia a democratic country.
