Xuan has a Bachelor of Commerce, specialising in Finance and Economics, from the University of Toronto. While coming from a finance background, Xuan is more into the intersection of business, technology and policy and has been dedicated to impactful interdisciplinary projects advocating emerging technologies’ use for good social targeting. She was previously interning at the Research Institute of Information Technology of Tsinghua University. Prior to this role, she has researched at the MIT Media Lab, Harvard University, Rotman Financial Innovation Lab and CFPA Microfinance Management Co. Ltd.
Xuan is currently working as an Associate at the Financial Conduct Authority. She is based in London, UK.
