After graduating with a degree in political science from the Macaulay Honors College (CUNY) in New York, Aditta returned to Laos and entered the foreign service working in communication and as a speechwriter for senior figures. After leaving the public sector, Aditta worked for an event management firm handling major global companies’ product launches such as the Apple iPhone 6, Google Street View and Maps, and the first ever Tedx Talk in Laos.
Aditta is currently a senior partner at Laos-based media and creative marketing conglomerate, RDK Group. He oversees the strategy development and PR operations of the firm’s media assets, the most popular of which include Champa Meuanglao (inflight magazine of the national carrier, Lao Airlines) and The Laotian Times (the country's most widely-read digital-borne English language news site).
He is a partner in Laos' most famous authentic Lao food restaurant, Kualao. The restaurant has been mentioned in international publications such as The New York Times, The Guardian, and The Lonely Planet.
Aditta is currently based in Vientiane, Laos.
