Arvind completed the MBA at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School. He pursued the MBA in order obtain the theoretical frameworks, financial skills, and practical guidance to allow him to advance an Artificial Intelligence Platform which he developed to aggregate global water quality and quantity data.
Prior to Oxford, he obtained a Degree from BITS Pilani in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering. Arvind’s career began as a trainee in advanced process control and industrial automation within the Corporate R&D division of the Aditya Birla Group – India’s third largest private sector conglomerate. From here, Arvind transitioned to Safe Water Network, a young and dynamic social enterprise, where he created the systems and processes that would ultimately help the firm expand its offerings from 8 villages to about 100 villages, as well as worked on a pioneering Remote Monitoring solution that has generated considerable interest within the sector.
Arvind regards his experience as a Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholar and a student at Saïd Business School as one of the most transformational experiences of his life.
After completing the program, Arvind relocated to London, where he has collaborated with a young social enterprise incubator called Zinc VC.
