Julian is a strategy and technology advisor, currently working in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland. He has five years of experience in the public sector, including serving as an advisor to the Minister of Economic Development, working on biotechnology and EV strategies at the Polish Development Fund, and building multi-cloud infrastructure. He obtained a BA in Global Business, Finance and Governance at the Warsaw School of Economics. His aim is to learn research-based policy frameworks and to understand how technology can better serve as a catalyst for global social development. Simultaneously, he remains Chairman of the Institute of New Europe, a think tank founded to promote geopolitical awareness and assess European institutions.
