Lucas Chiu Kit Liu is dedicated to advancing educational equity. Lucas holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology with first-class honours from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. After graduation, he joined the Education University of Hong Kong as a research assistant. In his current role, Lucas researches entrepreneurship education in secondary schools, while investigating cross-sector partnerships that seek to innovate the field. His work includes curriculum development and supporting teachers in adopting new pedagogies to foster 21st-century skills.

Lucas’s recent scholarly publication explores youth entrepreneurial attributes that support diverse career paths and life scenarios. Upon returning to Hong Kong, he aims to engage in teacher training and further his educational research on the transformative potential of AI. He aspires to design inclusive and adaptive learning experiences, ensuring digital advancements that would benefit all.
