Maya holds a BA in Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (IDC) and a MA in Cyber Politics from Tel Aviv University. She has worked as an Implementation Specialist at HiredScore, an Artificial Intelligence HR tech company using NLP and Machine Learning algorithms to promote Diversity and Inclusion in Global Fortune 500. Maya was also a Teaching and Research Assistant at IDC, where she led research projects dealing with AI Ethics, Regulation, and Governance. During her undergraduate studies, she earned numerous academic awards and publications including Ragonis and Sprinzak Scholarships for Research Excellency and volunteered in educational and diplomatic initiatives supporting minority groups and at-risk youth in Israel.

Maya is currently a senior AI analyst at GlobalData, an international data consultancy firm. She is supervising graduate analyst teams and co-authoring advanced AI analytics and reporting across business sectors in the UK. Maya is also working on several research collaborations with Indian think tanks on AI-related themes. 

Maya is currently based in London, UK.
