Rimma worked at the Strategic Office of the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, where she focused on strategic programs for strengthening state institutional capacity and fostering security sector transformation. Previously she was a Director General of the Directorate for Strategic Planning and European Integration at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Prior to that she co-founded and was a CEO of Teach For Ukraine, a partner of the Teach For All global network. Rimma also has significant experience in management consulting, including public sector development projects with the EBRD and the World Bank. She holds an MSc in Information Design Technologies from the Institute for Applied System Analysis of Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. She is committed to public service and intends to contribute to Ukraine’s recovery and reconstruction.
