Sara works in the Office of the First Vice President in Afghanistan, on economic policy and strategic affairs, focusing on private sector support and international aid and development projects. She has also been involved with a digital education start-up to overcome the physical and cultural obstacles to children’s education particularly in rural Afghanistan. Previously, Sara worked for PwC Malaysia in the Economics & Policy team. Sara is a champion debater having won debate tournaments around Asia, Australia, and Europe. Sara holds a Bachelor of Economics from the International Islamic University Malaysia.
