Shawntel is the Co-Founder and President of Sustainable PH Inc., and the One Cainta Food Programme. She is likewise a co-host of SustainaRumble! and a consultant under Deloitte’s Climate and Sustainability team.

Through the organisations she co-founded, she has provided food, water, disaster relief, education, and livelihood to 700,000 people across 20 cities and 11 hospitals in the Philippines. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Management of Applied Chemistry as the programme awardee in 2017 and her Master's in Sustainability Management in 2019. She has worked as a researcher focused on social entrepreneurship, a corporate analyst under JP Morgan & Chase Inc., and as the country manager of CSRWorks International.

She has been awarded the Diana Award, listed as a Forbes Under 30 Honoree for Social Impact, and as one of the Philippines’ Ten Outstanding Young Persons.

After her studies, she plans to return to the Philippines to further drive sustainable development in policy making and public service on both local and national levels.
