Tanisha is a sustainable development professional working to create low-carbon pathways of prosperity in emerging economies. Most recently, she worked with the Environmental Defence Fund India as a Programme Manager. Here, to catalyse investment in and adoption of vital climate technologies, she brought together representatives from 50+ large corporates, public and private investment, academia, and start-ups, identifying compelling opportunities for growth in the sector. Prior to that, she spent two years at Dasra, scaling the impact of Indian non-profits and international philanthropies through advisory support. Before her foray into social impact, Tanisha spent 4 years leading global marketing projects at Indian start-ups. Through the MBA at Oxford University, she seeks to deepen her understanding of critical levers for equitable sustainable development like global capital allocation, cross-border collaboration, and climate innovation.
