Abhishek graduated first in his class at Dartmouth, an Ivy League University in the United States, as both class valedictorian (highest cumulative GPA) and a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Academic Honors Society. He earned numerous awards including citations in American Politics and Quantitative Political Analysis as well as the Government Department’s Ward Memorial Prize for excellence in International Relations and Comparative Government. He has served as Nepal’s Youth Ambassador to the United Nations and worked as a Research Associate at the Constituent Assembly. At Dartmouth, Abhi was a voting member of the Advisory Committee on Investor Relations and an opinion columnist for the student newspaper where his articles focused on American Politics and development economics. Having grown up in Nepal, India, Hong Kong and the United States, Abhi is excited to be continuing his studies in the UK as a Weidenfeld Scholar.
