After obtaining her BA in Economics and Politics from the University of Sussex, Andrea became the youngest advisor to the Minister of Education of Colombia. At the Ministry of Education she developed a special interest in Infrastructure of Schools, and became Project Leader to the first Public-Private Partnership (PPP) in Education, to attract private companies to the construction and operation of public schools. She Joined the Global Shapers Community of the World Economic Forum in 2015 and participated in WEF LatAm in 2017.
