Andrey Panov is a Senior Counsel in Allen & Overy’s Dispute Resolution practice. Prior to this, he was a senior associate in Norton Rose Fulbright’s Moscow office, focusing on international arbitration matters. He acted as an advocate in numerous complex cross-border cases before Russian courts of all levels and arbitral tribunals acting under the ICC, SCC, LCIA, SIAC and ICAC Rules, governed by English, Swiss, French, German, Dutch, Russian and Cypriot law. He also sits as an arbitrator, including under the ICC and ICAC Rules.

Andrey is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), the only non-partner member of the LCIA European Users’ Council, Member of the VIAC International Advisory Board, Member of the Board of the Russian Arbitration Center and a co-chair of the LCIA Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG).
