Guillermo is Co-Founder and Legal Director of Lucius Report, an award-winning legaltech startup specialised in Anticorruption Compliance. He is also Co-Founder of SYN, a regtech startup, and CEO of an e-commerce startup, which he founded while at university. Guillermo holds a Bachelor of Laws from Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM) and has obtained certificates in Entrepreneurship and Startup Acceleration from Stanford University and the IE Business School in Madrid. He is passionate about entrepreneurship and the use of technology and business processes in the law, which lead to swifter and transparent results. He was recognised by a specialised legal magazine as one of the most disruptive digital lawyers in Mexico in 2019.
