Jourdan completed the Master of Public Policy course as a Louis Dreyfus-Weidenfeld Scholar during the 2014-15 academic year. Prior to this, he graduated from Wesleyan University as a Freeman Asian scholar, where he earned a bachelor's degree in comparative politics and international relations.
He has worked as the Associate Director at the Office of the President, specifically in the President’s Delivery Unit for Development Monitoring and Oversight (UKP4) in Indonesia, where he was exposed to the problems that stand in the way of the country’s development, such as inadequate infrastructure, corruption, and inefficient bureaucracy. This experience has shaped his aspiration to serve in the Indonesian government to re-engineer public services with human-centered design and technology as well as to align public policy according to the principles of social justice.
Jourdan obtained his Master of Business Administration with a Certificate in Public Management and Social Innovation from Stanford Graduate School of Business while continuing to advise his social venture in Indonesia to promote acceptance of diversity through innovative solutions, SabangMerauke.
Jourdan worked for Grab in Singapore, a platform tech company in Southeast Asia, focusing on new mobility products where he uses both his MBA and MPP to nudge more Indonesians and Southeast Asians to combine public transportation with ride-hailing as well as share their cars to reduce congestion and pollution in the megapolitan cities.
Jourdan is now the Executive & Leadership Coach for Tech CXOs- he coaches and trains technology founders and CXOs to scale and humanize their leadership: leading more consciously, authentically, and inclusively with their hearts and minds. On top of leveraging his academic degrees in MBA and MPP, and working experiences in the technology industry and government, he uses Positive Intelligence (PQ), nervous system awareness, and somatic insights to amplify his coaching efficacy. Jourdan has now coached more than 100 clients around the globe, including founders and tech executives in unicorn startups.
He is based out of Barcelona, Spain.
