Naida is the Executive Director at Magaza, Sarajevo where she combines her passions for education, management, and technology in business.

Prior to taking up her current role, she was instrumental in launching and running BIT Camp, a pioneering software development education program devised by BIT Alliance, a consortium of IT companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Her other professional experiences lie in university teaching and management at her alma mater, the University Sarajevo School of Science and Technology (SSST).
