Nickolai Prakofyeu has a bachelor’s in International Business Management and his latest position was as a Production Senior Manager (Food Manufacturing). He has two guiding principles: actions speak louder than words, and you must give before you expect to receive. These values have driven his commitment to creating businesses that prioritise positive social and environmental impact.

In Belarus, he founded an NGO to support young people with disabilities. His dedication to social activism put him at odds with the oppressive dictatorship regime in Belarus, forcing him and his family to flee to Poland. There, he joined Svetlana Tsikhanouskaya’s office against the Belarusian regime and established the ‘Association of Belarusian Business Abroad’ to aid others in situations like his. Due to safety concerns in Poland, he had to flee to the UK. Motivated by his personal circumstances, he aspires to join those making a positive global impact through business.
