Saltanat is a Regional Evaluation Specialist for UNICEF

Saltanat completed her MSc (2008) and transferred to an MPhil (completed in 2009) in Comparative Social Policy as a Weidenfeld Scholar before undertaking her DPhil, starting in 2009.

Before coming to Oxford, she worked as a Project Assistant for Social Policy Reform, Child Protection, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Projects at the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. After completing her DPhil, Saltanat worked at Oxford Policy Management before leaving it in 2019 as a Senior Consultant. She is currently a Regional Evaluation Specialist at UNICEF Europe and Central Asia Regional Office.
