Nidhi takes on big data and AI at Harvard Law School Nidhi Singh

Nidhi Singh (India, MSc Law and Finance, Louis Dreyfus Weidenfeld- Hoffmann, 2015) who is currently practicing as an independent Advocate with the Supreme Court of India was invited to participate in a panel on “Virtual Competition: Challenges for Competition Policy in an Algorithm Driven Economy” at Harvard Law School. Nidhi argued how Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and Algorithmic Pricing pose enforcement challenges to the anti-trust laws and institutions of the United States, European Union and India. Shespoke alongside the Judge of the High Court of South Africa. Nidhi’s paper on the topic will be published in the National Law School Journal of India.
