Jeffery is a management consultant. After beginning his career in international affairs at the Central Intelligence Agency, Jeffery became a management consultant working with PWC Strategy& and later moved on to Guidehouse Consulting. Jeffery’s efforts have targeted digital transformation, strategic planning, business innovation, supply chain management, and cross-functional process improvements.

Jeffery has worked with several large utilities in the United States as well as super-major oil & gas companies in Europe. His engagements have included, creating a nuclear security assessment framework, developing a capital expenditure strategy for LNG supply chains, facilitating post-merger integration of two utilities, and optimizing trading platforms for crude oil products.
